Thank you little angel : Art. 8, Ustep. 2A Pkt. 2b, Dz. U. 167 from 27 07 2004 !
After a long brief with our notary, we know that we don’t need any authorization in order to buy a land in Poland because of our personal situation : married with a polish citizen, living in Poland and buying for a touristic purpose.
We must only take care of what we will buy and of course we will need authorization of building our project on this future land.
